Excellent casting quality
Excellent casting surface quality allows reduction of machining additions and thus reduces/eliminates the machining.
The high rate of cooling during the metal solidification in a permanent metal mould delivers increased alloy thickness and fine-grained structure of the casting, and excellent mechanical properties as a result.
High dimensional and shape stability and precision of castings are guaranteed.
The material consumption is significantly lower compared to conventional casting methods.
Permanent mold casting is suitable for both small and large series production.

Special fixing of the ring’s anti-rotation pin by means of a special machine able to check drilling force and pin’s fixing on pistons one by one.
